DnD Beyond has a decent gallery for most of the important choices, which is less painful than scrolling through the PDF:
If you are wondering how we're going to play a tabletop game on the internets, the answer is Roll20. There is allegedly a thing I can set up to let you export your DnD Beyond character sheet and load it into roll20, which would be cool.
Sourcebooks
The Trove has copies of all the sourcebook PDFs. If you enjoy the game, I would encourage you to purchase the books yourself (but you do you).
